Issue with time filter - Logic app consumption new designer experience

Describe the Bug

When filtering the run history based on timestamp, there is a drop down to choose timestamp. We cannot manually edit the same. Lets say if customer wants to choose a time from 2.13 to 2.16, the available filter is from 2.00 to 2.30.

This field can be edited in old designer experience.
