Description: When the checkmarks need to be edited for various reasons the current CELTS admin have to go create an event, add the students and more just so that the Bonner Student have a checkmark added manually. ( This should not be confused with another issue here which is manual frequency issue: #1752) We should give the admins a way to just quickly create the event from the page so that they don't have to go through a lot of steps. So administrators should be able to:
Add completed requirements
Remove incorrect requirements
Correct historical records
