Description:
The Labor Office should be able to initiate the annual position review process for every department from the Manage Departments page. This workflow requests departments to review their position descriptions and submit any necessary updates before the next academic year.
Unlike the Annual Allocation Review, this process should also allow administrators to review and modify the email that will be sent before distributing the request.
Requirements:
Add an Annual Position Review button to the Manage Departments page.
Display a confirmation dialog before sending.
Provide an Edit Email Template option within the confirmation dialog.
Send review requests to all department Labor Coordinators and supervisors.
Associate the request with the selected Academic Year.
Allow administrators to cancel before submission.
