The Manage Departments page should indicate whether a department's allocation information is finalized or currently awaiting Labor Office review. This allows administrators to immediately distinguish departments that require action from those that have completed the allocation cycle.
Requirements:
Add an Allocation Status column.
Supported statuses include:
-Pending
-Final
Display the current allocation request status for each department.
Automatically update the status when an allocation request is approved.
Use clear visual indicators so pending departments are easily identifiable.
