bb import --dashboard does not override anymore

When running "bb import --dashboard" when the dashboard is allready imported on the server the command will hang.

The server log says:
A portal dashboard is found and not overridden, so it will not be imported.

In version 0.2.4 it works fine and the log says:
Portal dashboard exists. Runtime.mode: override, so delete the portal first.
