[BUG] brush precision decreases with smaller brushes

Describe the bug
when using small brushes, whether with relative brush or not, the line weight is inconsistent and oversmoothened sometimes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use a very small brush and/or zoom out
2. draw a shape with the brush

Expected behavior
the brush stays reasonably precise regardless of size

additionally, very large brushes appear to be pretty bumpy. this is probably just unnoticeable for smaller brushes, and the brush stroke does smoothen out when you release the mouse, but the bumps are still barely visible.

there is probably a place where the distance between circles is adjustable, so we can either cap the value or just set it really small (i'm assuming small brushes have a really small distance-between-circles thing so it shouldn't be a big deal if it's just super small???)
