[UI Bug] Incomplete Dark Mode rendering: Mixed themes and unreadable text in Header/Device tab

How to reproduce

1. Open Flash Studio Desktop.
2. Go to Preferences and set the UI Theme to Dark Mode.
3. Look at the top Header bar.
4. Navigate to the Device tab.
5. Notice the mixed theme rendering and the contrast issue

Actual results

The theme is desynced. The Header and Device page retain light backgrounds, but the text color seems to switch to light, rendering it invisible/unreadable.

Expected results

The entire UI, including the Header and the Device page, should consistently apply the dark background with high-contrast text (e.g., white/light gray text on a dark gray/black background).
