URGENT: FlutterFlow Desktop crashes when opening my project, blocking Local Run testing

Current Behavior

Hi FlutterFlow team,

This is urgent because FlutterFlow Desktop is crashing when opening my project, and this is blocking me from using Local Run to test on a physical phone.

FlutterFlow Desktop crashes only when opening this existing project. New/empty projects open normally.

Crash details from Windows Event Viewer:

App: flutterflow.exe
Version: 7.0.11.0
Faulting module: flutter_inappwebview_windows_plugin.dll
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000007aff5
Path: C:\Program Files\FlutterFlow\flutterflow.exe

The project opens in the browser, but the desktop app crashes while loading it. I urgently need Desktop because I rely on Local Run to test on a physical phone.

I already tried:

• duplicating the project
• excluding the custom widget MapaRota from compilation
• removing GoogleMap from the page in the duplicated project
• reinstalling FlutterFlow Desktop
• trying older desktop versions, but the project requires the newer version

The crash still happens with the duplicated project.

Please urgently help identify what in the project is triggering this WebView crash, or repair/restore the project so it can open in FlutterFlow Desktop again.

I can provide screenshots and Windows Event Viewer logs if needed.

Expected Behavior

i need to open flutterflow app to run test in local host for use my phone
(tests on Google Chrome e Firefox has crash in CORS when i'm trying to pick my localization on GOOGLE MAPS API).
but the app on my desktop closes when trying to compilation my project.
i try to desinstall and install again, usyng codex for help but withou solution at all.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open flutterflow desktop app
2. try to open my project iPartiu
3. wait for compilation .... then he closes alone

Reproducible from Blank

Bug Report Code (Required)

The crash is not tied to a specific widget. The desktop app crashes while loading the project. I generated the report code from a random Scaffold/widget because the form requires it.

Desktop crashes only with one project.
Web works.
Duplicate project still crashes.
Same DLL: flutter_inappwebview_windows_plugin.dll
