Describe the bug

If the Framework is charging from the TBT-UDT3. When waking up from a deeper sleep state, a short time after waking. DisplayPort and power will drop. USB and network remain connected. Disconnect will sometimes occurs without sleep.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Plug FW16 into TBT-UDT3
  2. Put laptop to sleep
  3. wait long enough for the laptop to hit deep sleep
  4. Wake laptop.
  5. Within generally 1-2 minutes. Displayport will drop and the laptop will stop charging

Expected behavior

Laptop should wake and charge with all devices connected

Additional context

  • If a power adapter is connected to another port. System appears stable
  • Dock seems stable when connected to a macbook pro
  • An older TS3+ did not exhibit issues with Charging/DisplayPort.
