FWC26: offramp dashboard down — how to claim 500 USDC reward?

Hi Fundable team,

My PR was merged under the FWC26 campaign:

• feat(verifier-staking): add register() with min_stake deposit requirement Farm-credit/stellar-app-os#868 (merged, Maybe Rewarded, 500 USDC)

Idrhas mentioned to offramp via https://stellar.fundable.finance/offramp but the Vercel deployment returns DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND.

Questions:

1. Is the offramp page moving to a new URL?
2. How do I claim the 500 USDC reward?
3. My Stellar wallet (GBABC6P3UUYBQVIA3RCEWKWUUBEYQKVA5N6776YQJ437LMDGHAVAHZ47) is not yet activated — does Fundable handle account creation for first-time recipients?

Same situation — we have a merged PR with 500 USDC reward but our Stellar wallet GBABC6P3UUYBQVIA3RCEWKWUUBEYQKVA5N6776YQJ437LMDGHAVAHZ47 isn't activated.

We're in China mainland where all faucets are unreachable. Can Fundable or anyone on the team send 2 XLM to activate it? That's all we need to create the USDC trustline.

Updates: Stellar wallet GBABC6P3UUYBQVIA3RCEWKWUUBEYQKVA5N6776YQJ437LMDGHAVAHZ47 has 0 XLM. Im in China and need 2 XLM to activate it before I can use the Fundable offramp. All Stellar faucets are blocked from China. Can anyone at Fundable help activate this wallet? Or is there a way to receive the 500 USDC directly on Solana (GUJqu2eYFBmfb9k4Hof3vnWLLj1ZpazPm8rdqNaFx6Bk) via another bridge without an activated Stellar wallet?
