BluetoothSerial passthrough

Minimal requirement is that an unaltered bidirectional byte-stream can be established between the host's Bluetooth adapter and the SMCE runtime

Will use https://github.com/Agamnentzar/bluetooth-serial-port/ as the first step for support
However a rewrite will slowly need to be done, both to clean up the code (the library is quite terrible) and to get rid of the requirement to credit the author in the binary builds
