Pictique: Unable to add or change profile picture

Description

There is no option available to upload or change a profile picture in Pictique (eID Wallet). Users are unable to set a profile picture at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open your profile in Pictique
2. Look for an option to upload or change a profile picture

Expected behavior

There should be an option to upload or change a profile picture, and upon selecting it, the user should be able to successfully set a profile picture.

Additional Context

This is a missing feature/broken functionality in the Pictique eID Wallet app. Users currently have no way to personalise their profile with a photo.

PR #1053 closing #1040 introduces a settings icon for the mobile mode and that would bring in the flow to edit the profile which is already implemented in the settings page. This flow exists for desktop and will be brought to mobile with the merger of that PR.
