Implement end-to-end tests for all major API workflows

Problem

E2e tests exist for a few modules but miss critical paths: transaction lifecycle, blockchain recording, search, admin workflows, notifications, fraud detection, and RBAC enforcement.

Expected Outcome

Comprehensive e2e test suite covering all major user journeys.

Acceptance Criteria

• User registration to email verification to login to profile update
• Property CRUD to search to view to favorite
• Transaction creation to status updates to cancellation to dispute
• Document upload to categorization to access control
• RBAC enforcement across all role transitions
