With the current default scheme, the "jump" button is bound to dpad-up. This makes entering inputs awkward, as it is very frequent in this game to have to jump while running - one has to pivot their thumb ever so slightly to press "up" while already pressing dpad-left or dpad-right to run.
Ergonomics (at least for some players) would be improved if "up" was also (or exclusively) bound to one unused key, so that jump could be inputed without difficult d-pad gymnastic. A cursory glance at SDLPoP.ini does not seem to find any relevant option; it would be nice to have one to manually tweak the controls as described above (apologies if it already exists and I missed it).
