Improve component selection diagnostic output

This issues requests additional improvements to changes introduced by

• [csolution/RTE Model] User output for component selection is misleading #1187

The following enhancements need to be implemented:
Output must:

• be shorter: include only necessary information without duplicates
• allow copy-paste action to easier add missing component to a project file.
  Therefore suggested component should include # short description from pdsc
• clearly explain all type of diagnostics: missing, conflicting, incompatible and available
• synchronized with RPC output: effectively the same messages should be displayed in terminal, Problems view and Components view
