Description

The XP system should work as expected:

1. Users earn XP for all interactions (server messages, bot DMs, etc.)
2. Leaderboard system for per-server and global XP ranking

Acceptance Criteria

• XP is earned consistently across all interactions
• XP leaderboards function correctly
• XP gained is balanced and not easily exploitable
