This is likely due to one of the following reasons.

• Inconsistent primitive cells detected by anphon (see log file) and used in the DFPT calculation.
• Broken symmetry of the Born charges. Please set BORNSYMM=1 to symmetrize them.
• Off-diagonal nonzero dielectric tensors. Set them zero to check whether the result changes.
