no one is currently assigned to work on the IDE related repositories, but this could change if priorities change in the future

Last commit was almost 2 years ago. Is the project (and Atom itself) actually abandoned, after all?

@UziTech started up a fork in @atom-ide-community because we could not get access to the Atom organization.

If they do not plan to maintain the repositories, they should transfer it to @atom-ide-community. There are only two possibilities, either there is an active team that maintains the packages, which is not the case of Atom anymore, or they transfer the responsibility of packages to the community.

That is unfortunate, but we are planning to go through NPM's dispute procedure to get access to this repository through NPM. That means this repository will become invalid here. Unfortunately, APM's dispute is not a thing, otherwise, the community could do it for all the Atom packages.

Development of atom-languageclient has officially moved to https://github.com/atom-ide-community/atom-languageclient 🎉 and v1.0.0 has been released with updated code.
