2. Misleading auto-renewal language: The message implies that "extra disk usage" will auto-renew, but this is inaccurate. Extra disk usage charges are usage-based and may not occur in future billing cycles, unlike the base Individual Plan which actually will auto-renew.

Expected Behavior

• Explicitly name additional products/charges in the renewal email (e.g., "extra disk usage" instead of "1 more product")
• Clarify which charges are recurring vs. usage-based
• Avoid suggesting that all listed items will auto-renew if that's not the case
