Looking for new maintainer

I will not have much time to maintain this project anymore.
But this library is used by some private and public application.

So i am looking for a new maintainer.

Any PR is welcome, I'll do my best to take time to review and merge it.

But because I stopped programming in PHP, I am looking for a new maintainer who I can transfer the repository owner ship.
