Reference integration of logging fails due to transitive deps

Description

score_logging integration into the https://github.com/eclipse-score/reference_integration failed for release: https://github.com/eclipse-score/logging/releases/tag/v0.2.2

The issue was identified when docs_as_code v4.6.1 was released and integrated into the reference_integration platform.

A new release for score_loging was not required, but score_logging patches are made in score_reference_integration repo to conclude the score v0.8 release. This issue is a placeholder to track this. The patches shall be removed after the fixes are made.

DoD:

1. Bump docs_as_code to v4.6.1
2. Fixes made based on patches in https://github.com/eclipse-score/reference_integration/tree/main/patches/logging
3. logging patches removed from https://github.com/eclipse-score/reference_integration/tree/main/patches
