[Instruments] Timeout for the timeout popup #1024

Description

@nzaquini

Hi,

in some cases when sending a serial command for example to a scpi device the "Timeout" popup appears.
It is not quite clear why the popup appears since it happens only with handwritten commands and not all.
It appears also if the command got a correct answer (e.g. for my case: request "RS485:R?" answer "#10" which is correct).

The problem, for me, is not much the popup itself, since it stays still on the right of the windows. The problem is the way it disappears: you have to manually select it with the mouse pointer. This is quite annoying especially when there are several of them.

Could you implement a feature that...
... let the popup disappear automatically for example after 10 seconds?
.. or a way to completely disable this kind of popups?
.. or a shortcut key that closes all of them?
.. or by integrating a link that better explains why it popups and how to avoid it?
.. or by showing also an integer telling the number of timeouts you get instead opening tons of them each time a scpi command is required?

Of course if it is a bug to show the popup when a correct answer is received, please solve the bug.

Thank you very much, hope you have same joy developing this great tool as me using it.
