Environment setup with docker does not work

I have tried to setup the docker environments multiple times. But, it faces multiple errors along the build... with handling the errors individually throughout the build, I could install the environments but the MPI does not setup correctly... Moreover, the distributed functions/code is hardcoded in the code... I couldn't recycle or setup the code to use (co-distillation part) for example... I would love some help
