Describe the bug

Original OpenScreen winget package was automatically published (on every github release) to winget-pkgs under identifier SiddharthVaddem.OpenScreen.

Expected behavior

Newest versions of OpenScreen under the GetOpenScreen org are not published automatically.
It would be great to

1. publish a new winget-pkg identifier like OpenScreen.OpenScreen
2. and restore the winget-releaser github action workflow so new github releases binaries get auto pushed there!
