MCP Servers registered with the same names on different plugins are loaded from the last installed one, the behavior is not described, but I believe it is correct/acceptable, but having a warning would be great.

### Proposed solution


In this case, all `ts_cc_*` were duplicated, and this was a mistake, nevertheless it would be good to have a warning on this cases, at least for the user to be aware.
