For those who still want to do it use Button_Switch_Keyboard:SW_Cherry_MX_1.00u_PCB
but i do not know any thing for the oled and the rotarty knob if you casn find some that work use those

Rotary_Encoder:RotaryEncoder_Alps_EC11E-Switch_Vertical_H20mm for the knob,
Connector_PinHeader_2.54mm:PinHeader_1x04_P2.54mm_Vertical for the LCD,
Button_Switch_Keyboard:SW_Cherry_MX_1.00u_PCB for the buttons
footprints:XIAO-Generic-Hybrid-14P-2.54-21X17.8MM for the xiao

Hopefully nothing breaks. Maybe they should update the guide
