Update app copy: page title and intro paragraph

Goal

Update two pieces of copy in the sample app to better reflect what this repo is about.

Acceptance Criteria

• The browser tab title (currently "Create Next App") is updated to "Harness Engineering Example"
• The intro paragraph on the page (currently "A minimal sample app. The focus of this repo is the harness, not the app.") is updated to mention that the focus is the agent and the harness, not the app, and includes a link to the repo (https://github.com/haydenfowler/harness-engineering-example)

Context

The current title comes from the default Next.js scaffold and was never updated. The intro copy undersells the point — the repo demonstrates autonomous agents (Engineer + QA) operating within a harness, not just the harness infrastructure in isolation.
