PackageManager failing to download packages

Fresh installation of SetupHelper 9.4 and trying to download GuiMods and Shuntdown Monitor.

It says the download is pending and then fails to download.

Rebooting makes no difference.

This message is displayed if a wget call to GitHub times out after 120 seconds, or fails for some other reason. A similar mechanism is used to get the GitHub version. Maybe you have a very slow internet connection? ShutdownMonitor is pretty small so the connection would need to be very slow.

You could try:

wget https://github.com/kwindrem/ShutdownMonitor/archive/latest.tar.gz

or opening https://github.com/kwindrem/ShutdownMonitor/archive/latest.tar.gz in a web browser.
