Issue summary
Troubleshooting guides for IE-DL are currently somewhat lackluster. They exist on the wiki page here but aren't easy to find.
We have also recently resolved a number of repeat issues with IE-DL that could be added to such a troubleshooting page.
What documentation should be provided?
