[Partner Center] Edge enrollment returns "Not authorized"; preenroll API 500 with undefined program ID (Partner ID 7114625)

Summary

Cannot enroll in Microsoft Edge Add-ons. Enrollment page redirects to /enrollnow and shows "Not authorized" with no enrollment form.

HAR evidence

Attached HAR shows a failed backend call when loading the enrollment page:

GET https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/api/developer/preenroll/undefined?fetchCommerceAccount=false&applicationReferenceId=undefined

Application Insights telemetry in the HAR records resultCode: 500 and Request failed with status code 500 for this request. The frontend is passing undefined as the program/developer reference ID.

Please enable Edge Add-ons developer program enrollment for Partner ID 7114625, or provide the correct enrollment path for an existing Commercial Marketplace publisher whose developer program roles are unavailable.

@Rahul-Bauri Following up on this. Including a screenshot of what I see when trying to register for Edge in the Partner Center.

Enrollment is still blocked for Partner ID 7114625 (Aesir Labs LLC). When I go to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/enrollnow/msedgeaddons I get redirected to .../enrollnow and see Not authorized.

ForthWrite is live on the Chrome Web Store and ready to submit to Edge Add-ons as soon as enrollment is enabled. Can you share the next step or an ETA?

To anyone trying to find a solution to this problem:
The issue is you CANNOT enroll in Edge Extension program with a commercial AAD account.
Here's how I fixed it:
Log out of all your partner center accounts
Log back in with a personal email address / MS account, not an account related to Entra / AAD.
Then you can enroll and even create a Professional account.
