[Bug - Partner Center] - Unable to register for Microsoft Edge Program

Describe the bug

Unable to complete enrollment in the Microsoft Edge Program due to the Accept and Continue button being disabled on the Company Information page, and an error message "We don't recognize the program you are trying to enroll in. Check your link and try again."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Microsoft Partner Center > Programs > Other Programs
2. FInd Microsoft Edge, and click Get Started
3. Fill out the form, or not (doesn't matter, but a filled-out form removes doubt)
4. Scroll down to the bottom
5. See error a: Accept and Continue button is disabled, b: "We don't recognize the program you are trying to enroll in. Check your link and try again."

Expected behavior
Accept and Continue button able to be clicked

Hi @microd2 could you please provide the HAR (HTTP Archive) file captured while reproducing the issue, also, please ensure that the address is validated by clicking the "Validate Address" button and that the validation completes successfully before proceeding further.
Once the address has been validated, you should be able to continue with the process. If you encounter any error while validating your address, then please share the error screenshot of that as well.

Thank you so much for your reply!

1. There is no validate address button - I am using DUNS number. But even if I try with manual address > search > select, the issue persists.
2. I have attached the HAR
