Allow enable map between gh-users and slack-users

The message that the bot publish on slack has the github-username - which is usually different from the one from your slack user

## **Describe the solution you'd like**
map the github-username with the slack-username, so when displaying the msg on slack it can use/mention the slack-username instead of the github-username
