Incorrect timezone displayed for ICS calendar invitations sent from MS Exchange

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive ICS, says 18:00 GMT.
2. My local timezone is CEST, but the app displays this as 19:00 GMT (i.e., time got converted, but it shows the original timezone)
3. Expect to convert both or none (best if both).
