I can't fully describe what is happening here, but saving the form after selecting any of the services seems to trigger the warnings for empty required fields on some and not others. There is no option for None, so I'm kind of stuck in a look where I don't have a service set up and I can save the form without all of the required information. To move on, my only choice is to deactivate the module.
The thing that triggered me noticing the issue was actually using the Demo Data module and I had EZID selected and also the check box for assign to new items, but none of the rest of the info complete. The demo item creation wouldn't work because there was no username and password for EZID.
I know that this isn't a well-formed issue, but I wonder if you might look at the required fields, how their alerts are working, and if you could add a possibility to select no service.
