Docs update 22/07

Today's branch aims to do the following:

• Work on (maybe even finish) the navigating JW guide
• Check for some missing links that I know exist
  • Portico
  • C/LOCKSS
  • Article metadata - metadata on JW
  • editor - typesetting -> typesetter
  • Plugins
• Update example CSV with two author article example
• Imports/Exports capitalisation
• Hunt for the updated proofreader guide
• Check author guide for duplicated section (I have a vague memory of this)
• Merge the two duplicat form element sections that are currently in two places.
• Update the contributor guide + styleguide. May merge them into one file.
