• Fix the docs to reflect SAM2 and update ReadTheDocs.
• Have example notebooks for data generated in the paper and flagged.
• Example of HF interactions.

The initial docstrings are done and pushed into the 5-documentation branch. If we can trigger a readthedocs build on this branch and confirm that everything looks okay, we should be good to merge.
