Reconciliation: code exists and is wired (authenticated path); this is not greenfield

Audited against the current tree. The modules this issue proposes to build already exist and are on a request path - the gap is training/validation, not implementation.

Stale paths -> real locations:

Two of the proposed bullets already have dedicated modules:

• "Accurate semantic understanding of CTEs" -> analyzer/ml/analysis/cte_semantic_analyzer.py
• "Improve JOIN intent detection (inner vs outer)" -> analyzer/ml/analysis/join_semantic_analyzer.py

Reachability: unified_analyzer.py:41 imports the semantic analyzer, and UnifiedQueryAnalyzer.analyze_query() is called at analyzer/views/query_grading_views.py:216 - but only on the authenticated path (query_grading_views.py:199, "Authenticated path: ML enhancement"). Anonymous grades return earlier. The app has effectively no authenticated traffic, so this code is built and connected but unexercised end to end.

Suggested reframe: retitle from "build semantic understanding" to "validate and improve the existing semantic analyzer," and treat the success metrics (>90% intent accuracy, 3+ nesting levels) as measurement tasks against the modules above rather than net-new features.
