Very specific bug: Elevator pulley on sub level with 58 or more input RPM Tp players very high.

Description

So, when using the elevator made using a elevator pulley, with 58 or more rpm, it will teleport players pretty high in the sky above the elevator.

No mod conflict, sable / create / aeronautics are all up to date.
It also happens sometime when the elevator is still going up (see video)

it appear simply touching the elevator while it's moving will trigger the tp, which is about a 50 blocks Y coordinate increase
