BUG: website not available

Hi, I came across that the document website of this repo is not available
the folder in docs named mkdocs but I couldn't find any mkdocs.yml file in this repo
is document website still WIP?

Thanks for reporting this. The documentation markdown files are present under docs/mkdocs/{en,zh}, but the repository is currently missing mkdocs.yml and a GitHub Pages deployment workflow, so the website badge points to a site that cannot be built/published yet. This is a valid documentation infrastructure issue. We should either add the MkDocs config and Pages workflow, or temporarily remove/update the website badge until the site is ready.
