…ests finding (council Q4) Two appends the 5+3 council's ledger audit (R5-4) found missing: E-ODOO-TRANSPILE-COMPLETE-1 (the consumer arc closed, real-corpus proven, named tail) and E-C3-INCONSISTENT-MANIFESTS-1 (the F1 mixins-ordering finding odoo-rs logged as 'blocked, OGAR read-only' and never refiled: discuss_channel/product_product/product_template are C3-inconsistent; Class.mixins ordering + loud validator is the named fix gating D-DELEG-INHERIT [H]->[G]).
