I'm currently in Western's Mechatronics Systems Engineering Program and the High Voltage Battery Lead for the school's Western Formula Racing FSAE team. While most of my work has shifted toward composites and electrical design, this is a place for my personal projects and some embedded firmware every now and then.
Here are a list of some of the repo's I mainly contribute toward. While some are public, others are kept private because they are in production environments with active users.
- Latus: A multiplatform ecosystem used in schools to display sporting and other extracurricular events. Used by over 10,000+ users, live on iOS & Android, and hopefulling ever growing.
- Mobo v26: Firmware designed to handle the careful distibution of HV power from the battery to the rest of the car. Mainly focused on the safety loop, I'm looking to contribute by enforcing optimized and robost error handling via interrupts, and integrating them alongside the BMS error handling.
- Charge Cart Display: My 1st year contribution to the WFR FSAE team was developing a dashboard that displays all the voltage and temperature readsing from the HV battery pack, easing the convenience during charging in between tests and competitions.
- Power Monitor: A 1st year design project that integrated a Pico W and galvonically isolated current and voltage readings, data that could be accesed seamlsesly through a WLAN via QR code.
