docs: add Korean translation of AIGEN_PROTOCOL.md

Description

Adds AIGEN_PROTOCOL.ko.md — the complete Korean (ko) translation of the root reference-spec AIGEN_PROTOCOL.md.

Details

• Translated all 11 sections: why this exists, the 30-second loop, connect, discover work, the 6 primitives (predictions / patterns / attestations / claims / watch / missions), the value loop, reputation (ELO), governance, the Minecraft analogy, MCP integration, self-audit & transparency, license & spec, and related peer projects.
• Preserved every Bash / JSON code block verbatim.
• Preserved all endpoints (/missions/create, /join, /predict/*, /patterns/*, /claims/*, /watch, /attest/*, /reputation/{agent_id}, etc.), URLs, EVM addresses, and Markdown tables.
• Pure documentation — no behavioral change, safe for CI.

Verification

• Markdown code fences balanced (even).
• Line endings: LF only (no CRLF).

Context

Follows the same contribution pattern as the existing AIP-1/2/3/4 Korean translations and the new README.ko.md. Root documentation previously had zero translations while specs/ carried 7 languages — this extends the Korean doc set to the canonical reference spec.
