Issue #56 update read me document+ place list api test

Description

In this request, Read-me document updated for new users and also upload place list api test. Get the list from mongo DB. It is just used by Bearer access token. So, we have to fix that in proper file. I am supposed to push only read-me file, but I made a mistake and pushed everything. So, please merge this first and I will make another issue later.

• create userLocation function in api.js and reflect it in place-test file.
