Added the positions card onto the main page with styling
Also contains an early version of the other cards
The button takes you to Alpha, Nahom, and Dee's page
Current Additions
The card
The positions from each department (pulled from Tracy). Sorted in an unordered list.
An overflow management with an (and x amount more).
CSS Bootstrap icon.
Card footer with a button
Button that leads to the manage positions page.
Card lockout, which should prevent the cards from showing up when no department is selected. (Currently bugged, it auto-selects Thrive department when on staging data since it has no ACCOUNT and ORG).
