Turns user-interview transcripts into a Value Proposition Design Canvas analysis: per-interview insight extraction, a ranked Customer Profile, value-map fit assessment, testable hypotheses, a Confluence-ready research report, and backlog artifact drafts. Nine phase subagents keep long transcripts tractable (one transcript per invocation) and enforce evidence traceability (INS -> cluster -> HYP id chain, quote spot-check audit). Confluence publication is human-gated by tool scoping; Jira writes are denied at the permission layer because backlog drafts are for manual transfer.
