  • Scorching Rays multi-hit segment status factor increased from 0 to 0.6
  • Scorching Rays multi-hit segment strength increased from LIGHT to MEDIUM
  • Scorching Rays initial TACKLE hit damageFactor increased from 2.0 to 4.0
