Why has this section in the Main Readme been removed?
(Independent from whether it should removed or not/is good or not at least I do think it should not be modified in this PR)

I thought it bloats the README.md and the hello-world example already provides a good starting for people to learn about the usage of the Open1722 library.
But you're right, this does not belong in the scope of this PR, so I'm going to rebase the PR on the weekend. Don't think I'll manage to do this week unfortunately.

Add KiCad files for NUCLEO-144 click shield. The intention is to provide a modular hardware platform which makes it easy to build cool demos with Open1722 and Zephyr for microcontrollers.
