IntiqAI is a hiring intelligence platform built around structured assessment, multimodal integrity, and human review.
It began as a senior capstone team project at the University of Prince Mugrin. The academic prototype received 1st Place, Best Prototype in the Computer Science track at the Makeen Annual Forum 2026, across universities in the Madinah Region.
Hiring decisions often depend heavily on resumes and disconnected assessment steps. IntiqAI explores a more structured path: bring relevant evidence from screening, assessment, and interviews into one place for an HR reviewer.
The platform supports a decision. It does not make the final hiring decision, and it is not designed to reject candidates automatically.
- Reviewers should be able to understand why a signal appears.
- Identity integrity should not be confused with lie detection.
- Missing or degraded system capabilities should be stated clearly.
- Candidate recordings, reports, and personal data require strict handling.
- Final judgment remains with a qualified person.
The source, model files, internal evaluations, and candidate data are private. This repository is a public introduction to the project, not a source release.
Patent documentation is under university review. I am also exploring how the work could develop beyond the academic prototype as a product.
