• Runs BOM1 weekly and triggers BOM2 in real time from shop-floor operations
• Connects parameter maintenance, approval, validation, publishing, and downstream use
• In production since late 2023, with ongoing enhancement and maintenance

Combines inventory, procurement, BOM, and production-plan data to forecast daily inventory for the next three months and identify potential shortages.

• Covers more than 50 raw materials with a monthly cost base of approximately NT$1 billion
• Uses Power BI to present inventory trends, risk lists, and daily details
• Sends tiered alerts to Teams each day

Checks critical BOM input tables each day to detect empty tables, missing fields, and late updates before calculation.

• Monitors 8 critical data tables
• Presents results in Power BI and sends exceptions to Teams through Power Automate
• Detected an empty source table before calculation; the platform is being phased out as data access moves directly to MES

Standardized and automated the creation, adjustment, and settlement of FX positions based on sales, procurement, invoicing, and exchange-rate data.
