As requested in the Discord and in the above issue, adds the Baldur's Gate Wilderness promo card as a new entry. I did not reverse-relate it to anything since technically nothing makes it as it isn't a legal dungeon. I can adjust this if desired.
While I was looking at CLB, I saw that the printing of Copy was missing so I've added that in too.
